I personally like Dr. Croft and chose his office for my son's treatment over other orthodontists in the area. As an orthodontist, I recommend him. I do, however, have great reservations and strongly encourage anyone to carefully read the business practices and policies. See the review below for Front Office Staff.
About Front Desk: I had no problems with the front office staff until a life-changing event forced me to plan to move out of state. With no late payments and no default, I was TWICE threatened to be taken to collections because I still had a balance on the account up until the date I was moving. They strong arm you into creating an automatic draft from the bank account, and Leslie is pushy! The discussion went from "pay up" to holding services hostage to collections with no default on the part of the patient. I understand that the office may have had bad experiences with past patients, but this was a tacky and unprofessional business practice with a patient who had never defaulted nor been late.

We have been extremely satisfied with the quality of care and service we have received at Dr. Croft's office. My children enjoy the wooden nickle program which enables them to "buy" gift certificates and other fun things. HIs office is equipped with fun things that children enjoy while they are waiting: a GameCube, a PlayStation, etc. We have recommended Dr. Croft to many of our friends. Dr. Croft has a great sense of humor and he is able to relate well with his patients and their families.

Recently I had braces put on with Dr. Croft. Being an adult and doing this mostly for small details that bothered me...nothing huge. He told me it would easily take less than a year to do this....not so. Not only was the service impersonal with the row of patients he was trying to treat at the same time what seemed like rushing from one to another.
At the end he was ready to take off my braces with my teeth still not straight saying that it may be the best he could do. Also I overheard another adult in there say she thought her teeth would look more in place than they turned out and if there was anything else they could do to correct the teeth still out of place.
He does not pay attention to detail and charges on the higher end of other placed I looked at. Thought I was getting a good Dr. and now as I would tell my family members and friends to run not walk away from this place as I only told a few of many things that went wrong. On a positive note the staff is really nice. Customer service points only go towards them.

Very impressive results! The two year, no interest payment plan made the braces affordable. Any time I had any questions or concerns, they were there to answer. Very friendly!

My two teenage daughters went to Dr. Croft for braces. He completed the procedure in the time frame he stated during our consultation. My girls really liked Dr. Croft and his staff, which helped with them keeping their appointments. The results were beautiful. They really worked with us financially and I found the cost extremely reasonable...especially after seeing the results. My family would recommend Dr. Croft and staff to anyone in need of Ortho work.

Three members of my family had braces from Dr. Croft including myself. I had braces in my 40's. My kids were teenagers.
We were all pleased with the results. The staff is friendly. Dr. Croft is very professional and we did not wait around at appointment time. I highly recommend Dr. Croft.

Dr. Croft is a great. He helps the pain by explaining what this is going to do for you and tells you it will all be worth it! He even rewards you for being good to your equiptment. His technitions
are very skilled and very nice overall I give him as many thumbs up as possible!
