Dr. Lange's office is awesome, newly remodeled with state of the art equipment. Dr. Lange and his staff are very friendly. They explained the procedure that I was having done and made me very comfortable. It was really a great experience. I will certainly be considering him and his practice my as my dental home. I have tried other offices in the area and this is by far the best dental practice in the area. Very satisfied, would recommend to anyone.

I love Dr. Lange for his wonderful personality and excellent dental expertise. He did an absolutely superb job in installing a five-tooth bridge that has lasted 16 years and is still doing well. He pulled an extremely difficult wisdom tooth for me, and persisted patiently and calmly through the three-hour ordeal. He has always provided me with the highest level of comfort one could expect at the dentist. He is probably the best, or one of the best dentists I have ever had, and I have had several dentists in several states. I have been blessed to encounter good dentists throughout my life. My only disappointment with Dr. Lange is his fee, which is the understandable result of a dentist who does not take insurance. My husband felt Dr. Lange's office was adding treatment protocol he did not think was necessary, but all good dentists like to be thorough. I concur with the first review that Dr. Lange's office manager is firm, and not the most customer focused. However, she has worked in Dr. Lange's office for thirty years, and her loyalty is to be commended. It does not appear that their office is lacking in patients, so I guess they can afford to be choosy.

The Doctor is great, but the office manager has no customer service skills. Be careful, you may end up paying for treatment that you didn't agree to have! I had this happen to me and got no satisfaction from the office manager, she acted as if I was lying to her and read back the services listed on the chart (which I also never saw). My insurance refused to pay for the unecessary charges and now I have to $187 charge for services I never agreed to have and did not know I was receiving at the time.
