The Doctor is great, but the office manager has no customer service skills. Be careful, you may end up paying for treatment that you didn't agree to have! I had this happen to me and got no satisfaction from the office manager, she acted as if I was lying to her and read back the services listed on the chart (which I also never saw). My insurance refused to pay for the unecessary charges and now I have to $187 charge for services I never agreed to have and did not know I was receiving at the time.
