Dr. Berger did a bi-lateral TMJ implants. I don't know what I would have done with out him. He gave me a new life. He is such a caring doctor, that I just cannot give him up! I highly recommend him.

I went to see Dr. Berger for a consultation about implants. His treatment plan was very good. His approach is more conservative and geared for a better success rate. His facilities and equipment appear to be state of the art. His prices were mid range. He did a free 3D scan with the consultation.

I lost a front tooth playing basketball and went to Dr. Berger get an implant. Dr. Berger was extremely skilled and I never felt any pain throughout the process. While I had heard that certain procedures could take hours, Dr. Berger was so skilled that they only took 30 mins at times. He was also very honest about whether or not I needed a gum graft opting for the conservative approach of waiting. I have heard that other people have pain in their jaw after implants and I have been pain free. I would recommend Dr.Berger to anyone who wanted an implant.

Dr. Berger left my daughter (student at SDSU) laying in the E.R. for almost 5 hours with a dislocated jaw despite repeated calls from Administration and attending ER doctors. He said he wanted to finish his patient visits. She was in so much pain she passed out.

There can be waiting time as I suspect if there are surgery patients they are done early and the day's appointments back up. Dr. Berger is very friendly and sociable and if he's talking with you, it's wonderful. If you are waiting, it contributes to the wait. All in all, even if you have to wait, it is my opinion he's the best around.

I have had many of my cleft lip and palate procedures done by him and he has been the best oral surgeon I have had yet. I would definitely recommend him to everyone that needs amazing results. He has been there for me a 100% and will be there for me when I get my next reconstructive surgery when I turn 17.

Dr Berger is someone I would reccomend to anyone I know who needs an oral surgeon. He is a straight shooter, and will tell you what can be done. He and his staff are very friendly and answered all of my questions, I was above satisfied with the treatment I received there, although a little pricey, well worth it. I even received a bill after the surgery for lab work, and the practice took care of it for me.

I underwent Maxillo-mandibular surgery for obstructive sleep apnea three years ago. Dr. Berger mis-interpreted my level of sleep apnea, discounted other, less evasive treatments stating they were not an option in my case. I found out recently that I did not need the surgery he performed, as the root of my problem was not what he stated. He did not take precautions or was concerned for me as his patient. Many complications arose & he refused to take responsibility, therefore I've seen over 25 other doctors and have been on over 45 medications to re-gain my health. After all this I still have sleep apnea. My health is still an issue; I have suffered permanent physical, emotional and financial damage. Dr. Berger has been sued over 33 times for mal-practice (visit the Superior Court Records in San Diego) and avoids telling the truth. He needs to take some time out and go back to school to learn more, and spend less time in the courtroom. Run away from this doctor.
