I was seen in his office for a dental implant. I walked in super nervous for the surgery. This was the first time I have had oral surgery so wasn't 100% sure on what to expect. The assistant assured me that I had nothing to worry and calmed my nerves before beginning. The doctor himself was very informative during the procedure letting me know how it looked from his end. I can only give this Dr. and his staff the highest of recommendations. And by the way my implant is Awesome!!

Very nice doctor. I would go to this doctor again. Very nice staff. Reasonable priced. My daughter and son both had wisdom teeth removed. No complaints.

Dr. Milder did an "extract and bond" for my daughter and we were very pleased. I contacted him about a growth on my tongue, which he removed and sent to a patholgist. I am so pleased with him, his staff, and his services. Medicare was billled for the servcies so we'll see what my 20% will be.

Dr. Milder put my mind at ease about pulling my tooth. Very nice facilities, nurses very helpful yet efficient. Very little discomfort and I was back to work in no time. Much better than my old oral surgeon.

I was referred to Dr. Milder for removal of my two lower wisdom teeth. Dr. Milder did an excellent job for this procedure even though both my regular dentist and Dr. Milder himself told me that my wisdom teeth were really crooked and growing in an uncommon manner. One of my wisdom tooth was growing horizontal and the other one was actually moving downwards. Dr. Milder was thorough in his initial analysis and recommendation and took time to explain the X-rays and the procedure in detail. My regular dentist's office had told me that I may require grafting after the surgery. However, Dr. Milder told me that he doesn't recommend that as the risks outweigh the benefits for that and that he knew from experience that it wouldn't be necessary in my case. Dr. Milder was very helpful in answering all my questions. He also scheduled several follow-ups to make sure my gums were healing properly. I thought the staff at Dr. Milder's was professional but relaxed and approachable. The insurance processing was quite transparent to me. I know a colleague of mine who had undergone wisdom tooth removal from the same doctor and he also agreed that Dr. Milder was really good in performing his surgery. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Milder.

I had two wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Milder. I was extremely nervous, even cancelling a previous appt. Dr. Milder's staff is very efficient and friendly. The procedure was relatively painless and I was eating Jack in the Box less than 24 hours later. Highly recommended!

Very friendly staff and Dr. Milder makes sure you understand everything before getting a procedure. He is honest. Get on a PPO to use him; he is worth the extra $$.

Dr. Milder saw me on as an emergent patient immediately. His office staff was very caring and informative. He made a terrible situation tolerable and was very compassionate.

When I went in for a consult, I was referred by my general DDS, at the end of my apointment, which literally only lasted about 15min if you are considering the time Dr.Milder actually spent with me, (and this is after they made me wait a considerable amount of time beyond my apointment time), when I checked out, they had me sign a treatment plan for the work that Dr.Milder was suggesting I needed, that, unbenounced to me, as it was not explained, showed a beginning balance in the far top right corner in small font for the cost of the consult. I signed the treatment plan to acknowledge that the treatment had been presented to me, but in no way was told about the cost of the consult, as no payment was requested, I thought the consult was complimentry as I had been referred. A month latter I recieved a statement saying I had a balance due, and when I called to inquire as to what the balance was for, the person with whom I spoke stated I had signed a reciept acknowledging the balance due. This is not fair!!!!!!! If you have me sign a treatment plan under the disguise that I am signing to acknowledge proposed treatment, to include a balance due without explaining it to the patient is not right.
