I had a single tooth extraction performed by Dr. Storum. I found his chairside manner to be completely insensitive. He did not like questions posed to him and it was clear that he was uncomfortable when I had questions for him. The procedure was successful and that was the only positive in dealing with him. The office staff was accomodating and friendly. However, the follow up regarding insurance claims is sub par. I paid up front and they were to file a claim for me and nothing has happened yet after 4 months.

I am extremely satisfied with his work on my tooth.On top of that he is very supportive, patient and kind.
