I must be honest here and state that my initial consult appointment did not make a good impression. I arrived on a day that the building had a power outage, and the practice was laboring under these unique conditions. The administrative staff didn't seem to know who I was or why I was there. Dr. Halpern seemed harried, and after an initial exam, an appt. was set for my tooth extraction. I showed up at the appointed time for my procedure, only to discover once again they didn't know who I was or why I was there. Much to my chagrin, the admin. staff informed me Dr. Halpern was not available for my procedure that day. Another appt. was set for 2 days after. On my third visit, Dr. Halpern redeemed himself, and then some. I learned that he was breaking in a brand new admin. staff, along with a new Manager. Now the puzzle fell into place. Apart from the administrative hiccups, Dr. Halpern was extremely professional, knowledgeable and patient. Steve, his assistant, was very personable and helped me to relax. After reading reviews of people spending hours in the chair, I was blown away when the procedure only took 15 mins. Dr. Halpern was then very patient and thorough with post-operative instructions. My opinion changed 180 degrees

About Front Desk: I'm giving the admin. folks the benefit of the doubt. Had it been an experienced team who had been with the doc a long time, I would've given 1 or 0 stars, but they're all brand new, so had to cut them some slack. Given time and experience, I believe they can be a five star team.

Dr Halpren was efficient, thoughtful and caring. My oral surgery was not anywhere near as traumatic as I was expecting it to be. My pain was well managed. The male assistant was very kind as well. Ann S

Dr. Halpern is a fantastic oral surgeon who performed my wisdom teeth extractions. He runs his office efficiently and has hired a wonderful staff - from the front desk to his assistants - that make the experience that much better! Talking to Dr. Halpern during the consultation helped greatly to put my mind at ease, and he offers a wide variety of options to cope with the surgery and the healing process thereafter. He did such a good job I did not require the painkiller he prescribed, only a few doses of ibuprofen and acetaminophen. I was kept well-equipped and well-informed to clean and care for the extraction sites, and have made a full recovery in record time. Anyone looking for a great oral surgeon should look no further than Dr. Halpern's office! Thank you so much for your skilled service, sir!

About Front Desk: I have already said that his entire office is staffed with fantastic individuals, but I will go the extra mile here to say that the front desk staff possess excellent communication skills and kept me up-to-date on my scheduled appointments and worked hard to fit me in at my nearest convenience, to which I am grateful. They were well-informed and knew the ins and outs of office procedures, and it is rare to find such outstanding customer service. Special thanks to all of you!

I had 4 wisdom teeth removed. I was nervous but everyone was very nice, calmed me down. Doctor is easy going. The whole surgery took about 45 min (Or less). When I woke up I felt great. No pain at all. All my questions were answered. Amazing, all in all. I highly recommend Dr. Jeffrey A. Halpern

Worst dental facility ever. dr Halpern turns his back and talk to himself like a weirdo . Staff very unprofessional . never ever again

I had all four of my wisdom teeth taken out and in contrast to my expectations, it was a smooth and simple process. From first meeting Dr. Halpern to following up on my post-extraction, he and his staff were very welcoming, friendly, and made me feel at ease throughout the whole time I was at his office. I ended up having no problems, no pain, and was very pleased with how everything went. Beforehand I experienced some difficulties regarding my insurance with other dentists, but I consider myself to be very lucky to have ended up coming here and having all these issues resolved.

Dr. Halpern and his staff were amazing. I needed to have 4 wisdom teeth extracted. Called their office on a Friday before Labor Day, and had an appointment the following Tuesday for my consultation. At my consultation they took Xrays and a CT since I mentioned my nerves on the one side. The technician was nice and took her time. Dr. Halpern was very personable and explained everything in detail. Day of the surgery I was anxious, but Dr. Halpern made me relax and even lightened the mood with some jokes. I woke up from the anesthesia shaking and paranoid, so he took extra time to make sure I knew I was okay. He checked on me another 3 times as I was in the recovery area. The procedure was about as painless as I could have hoped for. Just a little tender and sore.

About Front Desk: The lady in the office helped me set up an affordable payment plan to cover what insurance did not. I had an appointment set for the extraction the very same week!

Dr. Halpern did an outstanding job with my wisdom teeth extractions. I was expecting lots of discomfort post-op but was amazingly surprised at how well it went. They had prepared me well with regard to possible post-op expectations. I was very impressed.
