Over the years, I've gone to Dr. Kossi for everything from cleanings to veneers. Dr. Kossi takes pride in her work and she, as well as her entire staff are friendly and strive to make her patients feel comfortable and at ease. She is extremely thorough, and a perfectionist, always wanting her patients to be completely satisfied. She is also the most gentle dentist I have ever been to.
About Hygienist: I've always been happy with the competency of any of the hygienists that have done my cleanings.

Dr. Kossi is a very kind, considerate dentist. She always makes sure you are at ease. I have had all of my work done here for the last 10 years. The only problem I have had, with this office (Smile City -Canyon Country), is with a man named Ken at the front desk. His English isn't very good, which makes it difficult to understand what he says. If you ask him to repeat himself, he gets upset. Since telling him that I had trouble understanding him, he has made visiting this office extremely uncomfortable. Ken has even gone so far as to cancel appointments without any notice. I found out when I showed up for an appointment and was told, by him, that I didn't have an appointment, Unfortunately, I am now forced to switch dentists because of his erratic behaviour.
