Dr. Kossi is a very kind, considerate dentist. She always makes sure you are at ease. I have had all of my work done here for the last 10 years. The only problem I have had, with this office (Smile City -Canyon Country), is with a man named Ken at the front desk. His English isn't very good, which makes it difficult to understand what he says. If you ask him to repeat himself, he gets upset. Since telling him that I had trouble understanding him, he has made visiting this office extremely uncomfortable. Ken has even gone so far as to cancel appointments without any notice. I found out when I showed up for an appointment and was told, by him, that I didn't have an appointment, Unfortunately, I am now forced to switch dentists because of his erratic behaviour.
