Dr. Nancy Ung is a great person who had earned a Master of Public Health at Harvard University, and an undergraduate degree from Leland Stanford Junior University. Before I had braces, I had an under bite and un-straight teeth. Now, she corrected my under bite, and made my teeth very straight, which it also made my parents and I feel ecstatic about my perfect teeth. I even dont have any worries or afraid of showing my teeth to my friends and smiles in pictures!

Very standoffish chairside manner; ignored my comment about teeth grinding more than year ago, now too late; lost bottom retainer for a just few days & she charged $550 to get a straighening retainer, then will have to pay additional $250 for non-grinder retainer after that. One lost retainer - now costs $800 (down the drain), but may go elsewhere. Outrageous to gouge me when she can't do her job. If I had anticipated this would definitely have started elsewhere; suffered pain. Staff isn't too bad; good facility; decent computer system; billing process decent.
