Braces... I will try to keep this short but basically his unprofessional manner in how he speaks to clients caused me so much stress as any other situation I would have walked out but having paid over $5,000 & having braces on I had no idea how to get out of going to finish treatment..after i finally was done they had said i needed teeth filed but did not do it and as a result i chipped two teeth...when i wrote and complained which i had a year before as well on just his overall manners i was met with a letter from a lawyer in which the offer if you can call it that was to have the teeth filed (which they neglected to do before finishing treatment) only if i signed a paper saying i would never leave any negative recommendations and that service would be performed by someone other than an ortho as hes the only ortho in his office and i will not deal with him...so i have bottom teeth going back to original state as im not able to afford a new ortho and they have refused to finish service by an ortho unless i sign my rights away in terms of writing a review...he seems very nice but then you start to hear things in his office that are offensive like the word sexy i heard when addressing a minor and just really odd behavior
