He has horrible chair-side manners. I think he missed learning proper mannerisms in his education. His front desk employees are incompetent. The only things that are good are the upgrades in technology and his coworker Dr. Soto. Although being exposed to the service makes the experience with Dr. Soto not worthwhile either.
