Dr. Crafton, is very gentle and knowledgeable. He explains everything befor he does the work. His office is clean and if your appointment is at a certain time, be on time. I remember this one time I needed to have a cavity taken care of, Doctor Bill was so good I could actually SLEEP while he did the drilling (can you imagine that SLEEP) and also his staff warms the water just a bit , so you dont have that ice cold chill.
