Customer service in this office is terrible. I've had my braces on for 4.5 years. I was only supposed to have them for 3 years and if the office was run properly, I would have them off by now. You can NEVER get an appointment in the allotted 4-6 weeks. Instead, the appointments vary from 8-12 weeks, doubling and tripling the time required for the braces. A 15 minute appointment lasts 1-2 hours. The problem is that the office is UNDERSTAFFED and OVER BOOKED with patients. This doctor should not be accepting new patients. BEWARE!! I went to a new orthodontist for a consultation, and he told me that he has about 3-4 new patients a year transferring from Dr. Ray's office with the same complaints. THIS MUST STOP!!
