First, I want to say that Dr. Evans is a great guy and good ortho, unfortunately it appears that he has either taken on a partner or sold his practice (Dr. Koch) resulting in very poor service, and in our case additional appointments because what Dr, Koch planned to happen and the results we were told would happen regarding my daughters braces didn't!... the correction did not have the proper results.
At first, with Dr. Evans everything went along like clock work, then we started getting bad results from Dr. Koch's corrections resulting in even more corrections, more appointments and a longer time in braces.
There is also the problem that they simply have too many patients resulting in a near impossibility to get timely appointments.. and the attitude in the office is too bad, so sad! You will come when it is convenient for us! Maybe I expect too much, but when I am paying thousands of dollars for a service, I expect better. I would recommend Dr. Evans all day long, but the "unknown" quantity Dr. Koch, plus the overload of patients, inflexibility and lack of appointment spaces means I can no longer recommend.
