Terrible chair-side manner and not customer service oriented. He reuses the same wire that has been in your mouth - literally for months, if the wire does not need to be changed. This is my second time wearing braces and they were supposed to come off after a year or so and it has been almost 2 and 1/2 years. During the past 2 1/2 years, the staff turnover has been so great that out of the 5-8 staff, only 2 of the original staff remain.
