My daughter was a patient here for 2 years. The hygenists speak extrememly loud and slow to the patients,l like they all have a handicap. So loud, that the entire waiting room can hear what they're saying in the exam room. The receptionist wanted to speak to me about some recommended future dental work on my daughter IN the waiting room in front of several strangers! This is a major privacy violation! Not to mention that this information should have been coming from the dentist, not the receptionist. Finally, when my daughter's treatment was finished, I was asked to pay a balance that was different than the original estimate and when I asked for an explanation of the charges (a billing statement), the receptionist looked at me like I was crazy. Like I should have just paid the $175 without asking questions as to what I was paying for. Terrible customer service. I have worked in the health care environment for 8 years, and this office is violating the Patient Privacy Act!
