All 4 of my children had braces with Dr. Novick. He was great with each child, always joking with them and making them feel good about their treatment. We went to the Trawood office, which is the nicest doctor's office I've ever been in. The staff is also terrific, all very friendly, personable and accommodating. We were always treated like family. I don't remember ever having to wait more than 5-10 minutes to see the doctor, which is quite uncommon these days. I often wait up to an hour in other doctor offices. Not here. The cost of the braces was also very reasonable, though not cheap. Friends of mine have taken their kids to Juarez for braces, where the treatment is $2000-3000 less, but they were not happy with the treatment. My parents taught me that "you get what you pay for." I wouldn't dream of taking one of my kids to Juarez to save a few bucks. After all, these aren't tortillas. These are teeth.
My husband and I highly recommend Dr. Novick without reservation. As far as we are concerned, he is the best doctor, not just the best orthodontist, we have ever used.
I would unconditionally recommend Dr. Novick if you're looking for a great orthodontist.
