When I called local Orthodontists, they took time to answer all my questions and left me feeling very comfortable. My first impression (a friendly, caring team) has carried through every appointment.
Dr Czarnecki treats each patient as an individual. He includes parents, but talks with our son (6th grader) so he understands what's expected of him. This has greatly reduced any anxiety. Dr. C has not pushed braces as retainer/headgear may solve the problem more naturally. If not, we can prepare for braces later. We trust Dr C completely.
The staff is wonderful...i.e. friendly, prompt and sensitive to other financial obligations in or lives.
We're thrilled that we've found them and recommend them whenever possible. In their office, you are definitely a patient and not just a number.
I do not have the treatment costs handy, but am certain they will answer questions you have. We've felt the costs have been reasonable.
