The intial consultation was great, but then we didn't see the doctor that much. My sister went to another orthodontist, and the doctor met her every session and updated her with where they were in the treatment and what was left to be done. they didn't remove the braces until she was completely satisfied and in the last few months the doctor talked with her even more about what was going on. with this doctor, I saw him only a few times after I signed the contract. It seems like they pretened they care a lot about you until you are committed to staying with them. once you'll sign those papers, they'll leave you in the hands of the girls. Lack of communication with the dr made me worry about the results all during the past two years.
