I Went to dr roy for tmj. he came highly recommended however his staff lacks customer service skills and compassion in general. Each time I would have a new wire put in I would have to go back a week later because it was digging in my gum. The staff always seemed annoyed when I would come back and did not have the "gentle touch". During my treatment I had 3 different people pull brackets off while change a wire. Overall unprofessional which is sad because dr roy the opposite of all his staff.
