if this is the same dentist now in Grandon Ave in San Marcos (childrens primary), they have a fancy looking place but scheduling is unfortunately not their strength. wait is a MINIMUM of 30 minutes (to an hour), been there 4x and they do not even apologize. if you want a more personal relationship then this is not the place for you. its really sad how some practitioners have become insensitive to providing good customer service. i've given them 4 chances ... i'd support a less fancy clinic who really cares and shows some respect for my time.
