We had 1 exam for my daughter, and cleanings for my sons. Dr Weisenfeld has an extremely busy office with his staff doing most everything. That being said, the staff is 1st rate. But if you like a lot of attention from your dentist, maybe he is not for you. He spent a brief amount of time with us and walked out before we could ask questions on his treatment plan. They do not charge for copies of x-rays. I took the treatment plan/ x-rays to a dentist friend who thought it was overkill, so I didn't use him for her work. My boys loved the office, and the toys and the baseball cards, and my 8 year old wanted to know when we would be back! I do have a problem that I have not gotten my deposit back on my daughter's work, but I expect we will work that out in time. I think the problem is they did not submit the claim for her exam as they thought they did, or maybe it got lost along the way. But they currently are holding a $125 deposit for a $45 bill. I rated them expensive because instead of accepting what insurance pays for fillings, you have to pay the difference of what they pay vs what they charge, rather than difference between materials. After insurance is used up cost reverts to the full amount.
