Dr. Santoro should by no means be able to treat anyone, let alone children. He has virtually no patience, and will slam tools on the table if a child shows ANY distress or asks a quetion during a procedure.
Do not leave your child behind closed doors with this man, he will yell, threaten, and even abuse. I strongly believe he should lose his liscense.
