After 11 years we were let go from the practice over ONE incident. I had expressed my discontent with two front office employees at check who were being cold and callous. A manger got involved and it only got worse from there. I did not swear or scream. I called the office to apologize for my part in that I should've directed my concerns with management. I explained my stress over health and the fact that the employee had been rude several other times that I chose not to say anything. To which the manager ask did I ever consider the employee couldve been having a bad day ? Regardless I asked for another "chance " or reconsideration because we had such a long history and that office is all my 3 children have known. Dr Tracht would not budge. This could be you too. There's no compassion for what this has done to my children. The practice has changed over the years as it's grown. You're more of a number. We were categorized simply as a nuisance no compassion. The office doesn't need our business. And they don't need yours. I've learned the hard way bigger isn't always better. My children and family are devastated by this lack of compassion after being patients for 11 years. This is something to seriously consider.

About Front Desk: Impersonal and unfriendly. Not the way the website portrays the environment they strive to provide to their patients. They fall very short.
