Dr. Craft is alright. Not bad, not great. He does like to do a lot of work on the teeth which actually may not be necessary. He had a change over in staff, and he was not working well with the new hygenist. Their billing person also quit at the same time, so their billing was wrong for the procedures I had done. They added a $300 charge by error that took me two letters to them to have them understand and correct the error. And they did not properly bill my insurance company either by not billing for half my dental work, which due to time limitation for bill submission, would have left me with a big bill had I not convinced them that they had incorrectly billed my insurance. During my replacement filling, he dropped the drill on my lip leaving a cut in my lip. He seemed fine for general dentristy if you can put up with the billing screw-ups and his slightly overinflated ego in regards to what his own professional contributions are to society.
