Dr. Fernandez has significantly changed her dental practices in the last 6 months of 2011 and early 2012. I would NOT recommend this dental facility anymore. My review of Dr. Fernandez in 2010 or before would have been high, but is now quite unfavorable and after more than 7 years of going there with multiple children, we are no longer going there.
Although several practices/procedures have changed, my key issue is that parents are not allowed to be near their children during any procedure, except cleaning. If you child needs 3 teeth pulled, you as a parent cannot be anywhere near them. Parents are not allowed to view or know what is happening to their child/children.
