We liked Dr. Ahlert, but his office staff treated us horribly. They told us a procedure would be covered and it turned out they had not called the provider (Delta Dental) and when I called Delta they told me they NEVER coverd that procedure. Then Dr. Ahlerts office proceded to treat us badly while we tried to get the insurance to cover the procedure, started charging us interest and turned us over to collections. Thanks for the compassion and understanding! If we had known the procedure wasn't covered we wouldn't have gotten it.
