I love Dr. Salvi, however his staff has changed greatly over the past few years and it is not the family atmosphere that it once held. Getting in touch with the Dr. is impossible when you just need to talk to him. I had to have a bridge replaced and the office NEVER gave me a cost before the procedure and I ended up paying over 2000.00 my share after my insurance. I WAS SHOCKED AT THE AMOUNT I HAD TO PAY. I was never informed of this and am very angry. I stopped going to Dr. Salvi because I cannot afford his extremly high prices any longer. He offers no help to long standing patients in discounts or working with them on paying down the bill. Well, maybe he would, but I have written to him 3 times and sent the office an email and NEVER got an answer from anyone. I HAVE SENSE FOUND ANOTHER DENTIST.
