I had an evaluation appointment with Salesin today. I filled out all the paperwork he needed, got the x-rays he requested then I stumbled on his liability waiver he wanted me to sign it stated that I would be liable for whatever portion my insurance company does not pay. I went to the front desk and ask didn't you tell me there will be no charge for the evaluation and they agreed that there would be no charge for the evaluation but I need to sign it anyway and I asked them why do I need to sign it if there's not gonna be any charge. Unfortunately they couldn't/wouldn't produce any document that says I wouldnt get any charge. I then explained I dont sign anything that I dont need to especially when it puts me at risk. The Staff told me I have to talk to Salesin about it, Salesin mumbled out of the corner that he wouldn't see me if I didn't sign that. I thought to myself my gosh this man isn't in it serve others he just does it for money...Shame on you Salesin
