I went to him for two crowns.
First crown: overly filed tooth and crown was not fitted properly - causing impingement on my gum and bite was incorrect. He refused to remove it, claiming it looked fine to him. This ill fitting crown caused my upper front teeth to move together and forward, now causing an overbite.
Second Crown: Tramatized my tooth causing severe pain, swelling and later an infection with swollen glands and fever. He was unconcerned and wanted to cement the crown anyway. Also he filed down the prepared tooth almost to the nerve of the tooth, so I have now been told I need a root canal before a crown can be fitted. He also filed down flat two perfectly good crowns of the opposing teeth without my permission which now have to be replaced.
