During my visit, Dr. Rogge's staff appeared more concerned in securing a financing deal with me rather than helping me discern which recommendations required priority. When I was uninterested in immediate financing, I requested a copy of the recommendations and prices, their office manager refused to provide me with one stating this was not standard procedure. I asked to recieved one in the mail so that I could discuss my treatment options with my husband. Instead I recieved a bill for my office visit and still no written consultation. I called the office and again requested the recommendations with costs and recieved only a generic review of my file. I'm not certain why this office refuses to let anyone physically leave their office with treatment options and costs. I also had to insist on having copies of my x-rays returned to me so that I could get an alternate consultation. The last straw was when I recieved a letter stating that their office felt I would do better to have my dental needs met with someone else, they felt they hadn't established the rapport required to provide me with service...apparantly the rapport that was not established was me agreeing to finance several unclear treatment options.
