a crown chipped in half after 2 years- when I went in to fix it he was extremely rude - he numbed the area surrounding the crown - and after waiting for him to return for 45 minutes he said he would be able to complete the procedure in two hours... what kind of professional expects someone to sit in a chair for over 2 hours just waiting for the procedure ? -- my appointment was for 845- it was almost 10 when I asked when we would start- it was not until I asked that a Hygienist then said oh Dr Phan would like to work on you at noon--??? WHAT?! I WILL NOT RETURN THERE ---
