Great dentist! I switched to Dr. Shaw after seeing another dentist and hygienist in Plano. Unlike those people, everyone in the office are super nice and friendly and genuinely interested in you as a person. They do great work and I never feel like they are trying to upsell. The other dentist told me I'd need a number of various treatments including a crown. Dr. Shaw fixed it with a filling instead of a crown and saved me hundreds of dollars. I feel at home in this office.
About Front Desk: Front desk is always super friendly and are very helpful. They never act like my questions are a burden. Very refreshing!
