I have been a patient of Dr Shaw for well over 20 years. Dr Shaw and his staff are the best. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. I feel like I am going to visit friends when I go to my appointment. I actually look forward to going if you can believe that. Most of the staff have been there as long as can remember which is a positive reflection of Dr Shaw and his staff. The entire staff always have a smile and appear to enjoy their jobs. I also feel Dr Shaw and his staff are very respectful of patients time. I have never had to wait to see the hygienist or Dr Shaw. They see you shortly after you arrive. Dr Shaw also has the nicest dental assistants. Teri is like an old friend that I look forward to visiting. I highly recommend Dr Shaw!!!

About Front Desk: Front Desk Staff always greet me as soon as I arrive. Scheduling is always easy and they call to confirm my appointment a day or two prior. Billing is simple and they even added an insurance company when my company changed insurance companies.

About Hygienist: All of the hygienist are extremely nice and gentle. My appointments are typically with Lonniea. We talk about our pets and vacations. I feel like I am catching up with an old friend. The atmosphere is very comfortable. They offer a massager in the chair and headphones to listen to music.
