I used to like going to Dr. Cirtaut. I liked my dental hygienist, she was very professional and made the cleaning a pleasant experience everytime I saw her.
HOWEVER, the front office management leaves a lot to be desired. I have cancelled appointments with them in the past that they charge me for (no show fee). In fact, they charged me a fee for a cleaning appointment which I rescheduled and had 3 weeks earlier!
Customer service is very much lacking. They only want your money and will charge you for a no show as eagerly as they will bill your insurance.
It's too bad. The clinic is very nice, the facilities very high-tech, the Dr. is involved in international humanitarian activities, the hygienist are always pleasant.
It's the front office, the representation of the clinic that needs a major overhaul in customer service--service with a smile, not service because you are a dollar amount.
Overall, the cleanings were thorough, the cost a little expensive, the facilities were pleasant, insurance help (non-existent), and the pain and anxiety is only from the front office.
I do not plan to go back at all and will make sure to warn all my friends about this clinic's front office staff.
And NO, I will not recommend this clinic!!
