The Dentist was fine. Way too pricey but fine I received a rude phone call from Dr. Cirtaut’s office claiming that we had missed an apt which was never scheduled. The person calling refused to believe that we had not made the apt and was rather terse when I insisted we hadn’t. This staff member then asked what I was going to do about it and then proceeded to hang up the phone while I attempted to reply. It is evident from this interaction that Dr. Cirtaut’s office doesn’t need my business and I will certainly oblige them by taking it to any of the dozen other dental service providers within a 2 mile radius. Having worked in call centers and at reception desks for a number of years I can say from experience that the tone and actions of this employee do not meet even the most basic standards of customer service and would have never been tolerated in any place of business at which I was employed. I would highly recommend that the staff receive some additional training or be replaced. The appropriate way to handle that call would have been to apologize for any miscommunication and attempt to schedule an apt for another date and time convenient to the customer.

I live in Bellevue and drive to Mill Creek just to get my teeth cleaned at Dr. Cirtaut's office. The staff are amazing and Dr. Cirtaut is down to earth and professional. The prices are reasonable and less expensive than most dentists.

unprofessional staff. Front desk girl is rude and messes up on scheduling. Hygenists are rude and do not do a through job. General attitude is catty. Dr does not seem to know what is going on with her staff. Horrible customer service. Would not reccomend this outfit. You can feel the gossip and stress in the air. I believe the attitude comes from the manager/bookeeper

Nice office and equipment. Dr does not spend enough time with patients. Great place for people who want the cheapest fillings since she charges a low amount for silver fillings. But those with insurance and want porcelain fillings your insurance will only cover the low cost silver filling. So those who want porcelain end up paying about twice as other places.

About Hygienist: Hygienist, all that have worked on me are good except could have used the polisher a little more. Have left twice in the past two years with my teeth not feeling as clean and smooth as the could have. One tech who took my x-rays and some other work was inexperienced and did not have good supervision from a more experienced person. She was a little shaky in my mouth with the tools and clunked a front upper tooth quite hard. Just to let you know I like going to the dentist normally, and I have had better experiences at other offices, but some places way worse. I received dental treatment from Dr. Cirtaut. I am not a family, friend or an employee of this dentist. I am not posting my review from Dr. Cirtaut's office. I am not a family, friend or an employee of a competing dentist. I understand that cheating dentists will be suspended

I used to like going to Dr. Cirtaut. I liked my dental hygienist, she was very professional and made the cleaning a pleasant experience everytime I saw her. HOWEVER, the front office management leaves a lot to be desired. I have cancelled appointments with them in the past that they charge me for (no show fee). In fact, they charged me a fee for a cleaning appointment which I rescheduled and had 3 weeks earlier! Customer service is very much lacking. They only want your money and will charge you for a no show as eagerly as they will bill your insurance. It's too bad. The clinic is very nice, the facilities very high-tech, the Dr. is involved in international humanitarian activities, the hygienist are always pleasant. It's the front office, the representation of the clinic that needs a major overhaul in customer service--service with a smile, not service because you are a dollar amount. Overall, the cleanings were thorough, the cost a little expensive, the facilities were pleasant, insurance help (non-existent), and the pain and anxiety is only from the front office. I do not plan to go back at all and will make sure to warn all my friends about this clinic's front office staff. And NO, I will not recommend this clinic!!

Very personable, and extremely thorough. Dr. Cirtaut definitely knows what she's doing and you can tell she loves her job. She fixed filling from a previous dentist and my tooth ache went away almost immediately. She took me in as a new patient like she would a long time friend. I'm about to get a crown and I am fully confident in her abilities, in fact, I'm sort of excited to go back to the dentist, which is something I never thought I'd say! Front desk was welcoming. I was instantly comfortable there. Would recommend Dr. Cirtaut to anyone!

About Hygienist: Hygienists are so great. I've had both Angie and Heather. Angie went out of her way to contact my insurance and go over everything with me. She's really cool. Heather is so full of knowledge and LOVES her job. I learned so much just in one sitting. The cleaning was VERY thorough, but not painful. The staff is very professional, but totally down to earth.

Dr Cirtaut is great for those dental phobic patients and the office caters to each patient great. I have never had a bad experience at this office and i've been a patient since 2001.
