Just moved to Chicago. Randomly pick this Doc. Waited 1hr. Doc spend 2 minutes look at my teeth. Then an assistant give me a plan to deep cleaning my teeth (I have no periodontal problem) by a hygenist for $400+ after insurance coverage. I pointed out one of the three treatment is an optional one. The assistant told me "it is not an option in this dental office". Now I am running away from that office.
