I have visited Dr. Brooks once for a routine cleaning. He and the staff were polite and friendly, but I was unhappy with the quality of work. I have never been anxious about my 6-month checkups, but this cleaning was painful and left my teeth and gums sore for the rest of the day. I generally look forward to these visits because of the wonderful clean feeling that I have, but this was not the case. The hygeinist seemed more concerned with telling me about extra procedures that the facility offered, rather than concentrating on the work she was doing. Dr. Brooks received a few personal calls on his cell phone while he was checking my teeth, and made a point to tell the hygeinist that he would like to take a detailed description of each tooth in case they ever had to provide forensic dental records. I found this quite unsettling. He also suggested multiple additional services for which I would need to return soon, and wasn't able to provide a good explanation of why I would need them done before my next routine appointment.
Overall, the facility was very nice, but I will not be returning because of the quality of service.
