I had my first appt at American Dental Arts recently. The appt was supposed to be with Dr. Roman Trakhtenberg at 4:00, but I was called by the office to come in earlier, being that patients had canceled due to the bad weather. I came in at 3:00 and didn't see the dentist until 5:00. To my surprise, the dentist who entered the room was not Dr. Trakhtenberg, but it was Dr. Polin who ended up being quite rude and not at all gentle.
I typically have anxiety associated with going to the dentist, so waiting in the waiting room for two hours isn't something that I'm very happy about to say the least. The office itself had an unclean appearance and some of the machinery was clearly broken and poorly repaired with silver duct tape.
Overall, I certainly would not recommend this dentist and will not be going back to American Dental Arts.
