Office is very irresponsible. They sent me a bill for a service performed 2 years ago. There is no way my dental insurance or me to track this bill after 2 years. All my deductable, balance records is not available.
The office said they were not sending bill 2 years ago, because they wanted to save the postage. 2 years later, they decides to collect these bills. It is unbelievable. They told me to pay it now, otherwise they will they will send me to the money collection agent.
If they sent bill promptly, such as 2 years ago, it would be easily paid by my insurance. Now they ask me to pay the ~$200. What a professional service!
