My husband, my daughter & her husband and myself all go to Dr. Ricci. Dr. Ricci completed a crown last week and it was the most positive dental experience of my life. He knows that I have sensitive teeth and am fearful (due to a couple of bad experiences in another city). Dr. Ricci is so attentive, explains everything ahead of time, answers all of my questions, and makes sure that my dental pain is addressed and minimized. He is so professional, kind, and reassuring. Just knowing that he is in my treatment area helps me to relax, because I know he will address my dental issues with the best options for me. My family and I have been going to Dr. Ricci for five years, and we will NEVER go anywhere else. Dr. Ricci always treats us with dignity and excellence. He is "The Best of The Best," and we are so blessed to have found him.

About Front Desk: I do not like to mention names--in case I left one person off of my list. EVERY person that I have ever encountered in 5 years has been so professional, considerate and thoughtful.

About Hygienist: Sandra is in the elite of making her patients feel comfortable about whatever procedure is going on. She is always asking me if I am ok at each step of the process. She explains the process so well that I am ready and relaxed. Sandra's expertise decreases any concerns that I brought with me prior to any procedure. I look forward knowing that she is my hygienist for any procedure that I have. She is so attentive and gentle. What an ambassador that she is for Dr. Ricci's office. Sandra deserves 10 STARS !
