Simply put, Dr. Claybon has no kind or gentle chairside manner. He rushes through exams and is extremely rough with patients and often heard are screams when sitting in the waiting area. As far as pain, he forgets the numbing gel and goes straight in the mouth with the needle without letting the patient know first which causes jerking of pain in the chair. The office is cramped and if you aren't a size 2, you probably have to turn sideways to get into the room. The staff has no voice because they are constantly listening to the dentist talking over them and lecturing each patient as he cleans their teeth. Oh yes, cleaning the teeth, Dr. Claybon only polishes a few teeth and claims that is cleaning them. Don't worry though, everyone in the waiting room can hear all of your flaws because the walls are thin and there are no privacy doors or curtains. Where did confidentiality go?
