I have had root canals, crowns, cosmetic procedures, cleanings etc. and have been extremely happy with the results. In the past, I had terrible experiences with dentists and Dr. Matthews has made me feel comfortable again. I completely enjoy his facility and personally know each of his staff members by name over the years. They treat everyone like family and not just patients. I have recommended him to several family members as well as friends. If you ever need a dentist that you can trust to minimize your costs while giving you extraordinary dental care, then I hightly recommend Dr. John Matthews. My children actually enjoy going to the dentist and look forward to their visits. They take care of all the insurance questions and billing. Chair side manners rank number one in Colorado Springs. You are offered television on the ceiling for long procedures, paraffin wax on your hands, massage chairs in the waiting room, a warm neck roll and a hot towel at the end of each appointment. Truly you leave the dentist feeling pampered. My teeth are the healthiest they have ever been because of Dr. Matthews.

About Front Desk: The front desk is unbelievable! Sandy and Debrinka are outstanding! They acknowledge all of their patients by name as soon as they walk into the door. They go out of their way to make sure your appointments are during times that work best for your schedule-not theirs. They take care of all the insurance questions and billing. When I have had dental emergencies, they took me in immediately.

About Hygienist: Mary is my hygienist. She is one of the most professional individuals in her field. She is very thorough and communicates well with each of her patients. She offers dental advice that lasts a lifetime. I kid that she is my best friend because when I leave her chair, my teeth are so white they sparkle. I actually look forward to my next cleaning.
