Customer Service is extremely poor and unprofessional.
I made an appointment a week in advance, they repeated the time to me over the phone 3 times: 12pm. When I arrived on time for my appointment, they told me that I was wrong and I was 30 minutes late. They repeated that I was wrong about my appointment time 3 times. I told them that they were the ones who made the mistake and they should be focusing on fixing the mistake instead of telling me that I was wrong. A lady in brown hair with red stripes at the front desk yelled, argued, and fought with me. I told her that she was completely unprofessional and handling this situation very poorly. This was an absolute horrible experience for me. I would think that they would want new business instead of driving customers away.
If anyone at this dentist office would like to resolve this issue, you may call me at (858)382-1162 and say that you are calling in regards to my online review. Until then, if anyone else reads this, the complaint is still unresolved and I urge you not to do business with this dentist office because of the terrible customer service at the front desk.
