I have been going to see Dr. Robins for at least 5 yrs now. I chose Dr. Robins due to location and the fact that she has served on the Washington State Dental Quality Assurance Commission and the Committee for Peer Review and Ethics. This was very important to me! It meant she was respected by her peers and had a broad view of the treatment and ethical issues dentists are faced with. She has always been friendly, open, and I've never once witnessed her being anything but professional! I have seen her be the same way with a few clients that had unreasonable expectations. Dr. Robins has always made a point to personally discuss what she and the staff found in their exams, provided me with treatment options and asked me which option I wanted to go with. I never felt pressured to chose a specific option. Once treatment began it was almost as if I wasn't at the dentist! Comfort and ensuring you're pain free are important to her and the staff. I should add that I've been late a few times and I've never experienced any difference in what I've described above. I highly recommend Dr. Robins and Snoqualmie Ridge Family Dental!
