I went to Dr. Robins' practice in July to get a cavity filled that had been identified previously. She proceeded to drill and drill and drill all the while I'm wearing a dental dam and cannot move. I wasn't told anything for the longest time and finally managed to mumble "what's going on?" By then, almost the whole inside of my tooth was gone, apparently due to more decay than expected (cracked filing). Not ideal, but it can happen. She told me I would need a crown which takes 2 more visits (cut the tooth & impressions followed by a visit for the final placement). When I showed up for the crown appointment, a different dentist popped in to do the work (Dr. Anderson). His name is not on their website nor was I told that I would see a different dentist. I don't know his full name to review him as well. So, I had the 2 appointments with Dr. Anderson, but the crown did not fit right. So he redid the impressions (not fun) and I had a third appt to put the crown on - this time with Dr. Robins. The crown did not fit again and I was told I would need to start over with a new reshaping of the tooth followed again by impressions. By now, my confidence was lost and I chose elsewhere. I did get a full refund of $, but not my time.
