There are two dentists in this practice and I've had experience with only Susan Robins. In my opinion, she's untrustworthy and will upsell you by using fear of pain, root canals, and whatever else.
In my case, not only did she play the fear/pain/root canal card (a stretch at best), but she also told me that if I got a filling and it broke that my insurance would not pay for a repair. That may be true at some companies, but not at mine. So, she's making statements about insurance which may or may not be true to talk you into an expensive crown.
I made a mistake and trusted her. My insurance and I got stuck for a $1,444 (over-priced) crown instead of a filling. The crown is still in my head so I can't criticize her handiwork (yet). It goes without saying that I advise you to avoid this mercenary dentist.
There's a little more to the story and I put up a little web page with a few more details: http://sites.google.com/site/snoqualmiedentist/home.
