Scheduling is a nightmare! Dr. James appears to be in semi-retirement and only sees patients once a week. Children are in braces much, much longer than needed because appointments are not available. The office is closed during school holidays and after-school appointments are sorely lacking. High turnover in office staff and abbreviated time with the doctor. Would not recommend for these reasons. I wish I had not pre-paid. I am tempted to cut my losses and look for another orthodontist rather than subject my kids to prolonged treatment under Dr. Mason's care.
