I went for a routine checkup: xrays and cleaning, that sort of thing. Pretty busy place. Chair-side manner is fine, the hygenist who helped out was very nice. Facilities are pleasant. Front desk staff were distant and not very welcoming. They seemed to have lost my payment for the portion of the my procedure not covered by my insurance. I mailed their notice back to them with a letter asking them to call me to confirm receipt of payment. They did not call, but they did mail a copy of the charge receipt to me. Overall, not bad; the lost payment could have been the fault of the USPS, so I won't hold it against them. Located across from Springfield Mall.
